Parkview Huntington Hospital presents Healthy Steps. Semi-Annual Wellness Fair. Free health screenings, reduced-cost lab tests and healthy lifestyle tips. Information on surgery and orthopedics, rehab, wellness services, wound healing, 3D mammography, and much more.
Talk with physicians and other clinicians. For information, call (260) 355-3213. To schedule a 3D mammogram or a $50 HeartSmart CT scan during this event only, call (260) 355-3400. For appointments on all other days, call (877) 225-5747. Fall date is Saturday, October 3, 7 to 10 a.m.
NOTE: While reduced-cost lab tests and imaging tests will be offered at the fall event, screenings and most booths – other than MyChart and OnDemand – will not be available.
