Event Description:
Old Fashion Fourth at the Forks, July 4th 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Historic Forks of the Wabash, 3011 W. Park Dr., Huntington.
Historic re-creation with live music, reenactments, and speeches. The park opens at 9:00 a.m. and the music begins at 9:30 a.m. followed by the program which lasts about an hour. The event will be held inside the Fork’s Chief Richardville Room this year due to flooding. The historic buildings will be open to tour. Bring your own picnic and the watermelon and lemonade will be provided! Free will donations are welcome.
